WHY STIDDARD DANCE? WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?

At Stiddard Dance we offer technique based classes with no exams, this means the children continue to learn each lesson but they are not under pressure to be perfect and they are not judged on their ability. The children who dance with us simply dance because they love to dance.

Stiddard Dance. Stress Free. Happiness. Smiles. Friendships. Motivation. Support. Creativity. Engaging. Enjoyment. Freedom. Challenging. Calming. Unique. Full of Ideas. Communication. Listened to. Props.

Nicola Stiddard

Business Owner, Fitness Instructor, Nutritional Advisor, Dance Teacher

Italia Conti, Chislehurst. I begun dancing at 3.  At sixteen I soon found myself teaching and assisting with Jazz, Ballet, Tap and Modern and Musical Production classes. I completed my ISTD dance exam qualifications and can not imagine having spent my Saturdays anywhere else.

University of Surrey.  Here I gained my BA Hons Dance and Culture degree. At University I joined the rowing team where I learnt discipline, motivation, dedication, commitment, teamwork and the satisfaction of fitness. I could push my body to limits that I never dreamed I could before. It also taught me that at the base of training and fitness there needs to be team spirit, enjoyment and satisfaction. This is what Stiddard dance and soon to be fitness bases itself upon.

I am currently working as a Dance Teacher, Fitness Insturctor and Nutritional Advisor.

I also offer one to one nutritional consultations and nutrition plans so please contact if this is something of interest.

I am a fully qualified fitness instructor holding the Level 2 Exercise to Music Instructor Qualification. I hold the Studio Cycling Instructor Training Certificate and am a qualified Les Mills Body Pump and Grit Instructor. In addition to this I am a Level 3 Nutritonal Advisor. I am REPs registered and all dance and fitness classes are fully insured.

All staff are crb checked and hold a first aid certificate.
